January 31 - February 8
Episcopal Churches from Lexington, KY, area and Greensboro, NC.
Participants built houses in Cite Soleil and Repatriate and finish ed painting the second floor of the Blanchard clinic. They traveled to the rural community of Fondwa to visit the Ste. Antoine School and Fatima House orphanage. The team took a day trip to Jacmel prior to returning to Port-au-Prince and back home to the US.

March 8 - 15
Student Trip for participants in the Duke University course, "Issues of
Healing in the Developing World and Care of the Underserved: Medical &
Theological Perspectives." During the University's spring break, the
student team visited a number of health-related initiatives where Family Health Ministries is
involved. Read details with more pictures.

June 20-28
Medical Trip to the Blanchard community near Port-au-Prince. The
team provided a 3 and a half day clinic in collaboration with the staff of Centre de
Sante Familiale. They also traveled to the community of Fondwa to visit
both the Ste. Antoine School and Fatima House Orphanage. See pictures from the trip and read the blog.

July 18 - 26
Vacation Bible School Trip provided a four-day program to children at
the Christian Community Church of Blanchard, near Port-au-Prince.
Following the team's time in the city, they traveled to the mountain
community of Fondwa where they led a one-day VBS program. Below, the team in their distinctive yellow shirts. See more pictures from their trip.
October 3 - 11
Medical Team to FHM's new Leogane Clinic. The team served 570 patients in FHM's first time offering of a public health clinic in the community. Most of the team were members of Greensboro's Westminster Presbyterian Church. Read from their blog and see more pictures.

Nov 15 - 21
Sponsorship Trip to Fondwa, the mountain community in the southern part of the country where FHM supports a school, a malnutrition program, and the construction of an orphanage. Participants spent time at the St. Antoine school taking school pictures. Each child sponsor will receive a new school picture. The team also played with the children at Fatima Orphanage and visited homes in the Fondwa community.

January 26 - February 3
Episcopal Churches from Lexington, KY, and Greensboro, NC.
Participants visited and worked in Port-au-Prince at a variety of different
ministries for four days before traveling out to the rural community of Fondwa.
In Fondwa, the team explored the Ste. Antoine School and Fatima House
orphanage. The team also took a day trip to Jacmel prior to returning to
Port-au-Prince.

March 8 - 16
Student Trip for participants in the Duke University course, "Issues of
Healing in the Developing World and Care of the Underserved: Medical &
Theological Perspectives." During the University's spring break, the
student team and their instructors from Duke Medical and Duke Divinity visited a number of health-related initiatives where Family Health Ministries is
involved.

June 15 - 22
Medical Trip to the Blanchard community near Port-au-Prince. The
team provided a four-day clinic in collaboration with the staff of Centre de
Sante Familiale. They also traveled to the community of Fondwa to visit
both the Ste. Antoine School and Fatima House Orphanage.

July 19 - 27

October 4 - 12
Medical Trip for Westminster Presbyterian Church of Greensboro in the
Fondwa community, a rural mountain community. The team provided a four day
clinic at the Fondwa Medical Clinic in collaboration with the Association of
Peasants of Fondwa. They had many more patients than expected, overflowing the small clinic, and reflecting the extreme need in the Fondwa Community. More babies than ever are malnourished because of the spike in food prices, particularly for rice. Read Meredith Barkley's account of the trip.

October 11 - 19
Trip for Duke Chapel congregation from Durham, NC
Participants painted the walls and ceilings of the Blanchard clinic for three days in Port-au-Prince before traveling out to the rural community of Fondwa.
In Fondwa, the team visited the Ste. Antoine School and Fatima House
orphanage, also taking a day trip to Jacmel prior to returning to the U.S. They had the opportunity to worship twice in the Christian Community Churches, first in Blanchard and then in Cite Soleil.
